The casting times presented in the Character Builder's spell selection section seems to combine the normal casting time and the Ritual option's 10 minute time. Examples below:
This error seems to only be present in the character builder itself. The casting times are correct in the compendium and in character sheets, as far as I can tell.

This error seems to only be present in the character builder itself. The casting times are correct in the compendium and in character sheets, as far as I can tell.
It probably won't be fixed since it doesn't effect play and the builder is planned to be overhauled anyway.
