Search bar flickers on small screen browser

When scrolling down on the “races” page, the search bar becomes fixed to the top, but flickers when scrolling/swiping down.

No flicker on my droid phone (chrome).

I have a similar problem. I purchased a single race several hours hours ago and still can not access it for character creation
