Hello FuzzballEnterprises, do you have any browser extensions or add-ons? If you do, can you login in a private browsing window and view your campaign page?
If the issue persists, I would recommend removing all homebrew from an affected character (make note of what you remove to make it easier to add back on!) and see if the issue persists. If it does not, you can add homebrew back one at a time to see which is the cause.

On my https://www.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/##### page, the characters which are level 19 are being displayed at lvl 0.
Interesting. Can you link one of the actual characters? Only mods can edit characters or view private characters if you are concerned about that.
