I purchased the Legendary Bundle this morning. I saw that TotYP shows that some content needs to be purchased from the Marketplace, but I have access to it all. I assume this is a bug.
It's a bug. It's been reported in about 2d4 other places. It'll probably be fixed soon, if it isn't already.
