Artificer Class not appearing

So in an attempt to use the Artificer Class, I (through a friend's suggestion) bought the three Subclasses from Eberron: Rising from the Last War, 

But when I attempted to create a character using it, It didn't appear yet still took the money from my card. 

Eberron content is enabled, I've refreshed multiple times, waited about 10 minutes, nothing.

Just to be sure, content is enabled when the switch is red. Is the switch red?
