I don't know if one cancels the other out but the Shifting ability of 10ft movement increase from Swiftstride Shifter isn't stacking with the Mobile feat's speed increase I took at lvl 4.

The movement bonus of the shifter is temporary (while shifted) and not reflected on the character sheet (temporary effects support is planned).
