I used the wand of lightning bolts at 8th level (1 below max), but clicking on the character sheet only removed one charge from the wand. I had to manually remove the other 5. I also still have the option of using lightning bolt at all but 9th level.
I did a bug forum search for wand and charge, and a separate one for lightning bolt and couldn't find anything. I hope this isn't already noted somewhere and I just didn't get the correct search terms.
