I manage an account for a youth D&D Group. We have a Master-level subscription, but all of our content isn't being shared with each campaign. We have three campaigns and one isn't getting access to the Player's Handbook.
Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening?
First - please ensure that the characters are being created in the campaign itself (so if a player's part of a campaign but doesn't create it within the campaign itself they won't have access to the materials). If you're confirming that they're creating it within the actual campaign, then I would recommend toggling the Content Share button. You can do so via the Campaign Overview and by clicking the "Disable Content Sharing" followed by "Enable Content Sharing".

I have tried toggling. There are different books available under the content management section for each campaign for some reason.
Just to clarify - did you disable/enable it from the main campaign screen? This is the button I mean:
Yep, that's the button I was using.
That's definitely odd! I'd recommend reaching out to our support team to see what else might be going on: https://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
Will do! Thanks for your help.
