Bug in Encounter Builder - bought stuff is not shown as bought. 

Instead of the monster block, I see that I need to go to marketplace and buy it. Problem with: Hoard of the Dragon Queen

There was a small syncing issue with your entitlements, our team was able to get you back in sync!

I'm having the same issue. I bought a monster from Volo's Guide (Trapper) and when I built the encounter, it showed up just fine. However, now if refuses to and gives me the "you need to buy this content" message. I've logged out and back in again, no changes.

This is the 2nd time this bug has happened to me. It shows bought content shared by a friend in my campaign, and even bought content I've purchased myself, as unable to add, and only brings up the message of purchase this on the marketplace.
