I can open and view the ones not in a campaign just fine, and I have a dm membership... can't open any characters that are in my campaigns or others everything worked 24 hours ago...

Hello, could you please provide a link to an affected character? You can right click on the "view" button for the character sheet and select "Copy Link Address" to grab the link without needing to load the sheet.
