2.) The user that enabled was the creator of the campaign and either deactivates or deletes the campaign.
3.) The user that enabled it was a player and the character they used to join the campaign is removed or deleted from the campaign.
I suspect that there is some logic that needs to be re-looked at in #3, in the scenario where the person enabling content sharing is a PC and they have multiple characters in the campaign. We will add that to the list. Thanks for reporting it!
My group has been setting up our characters in our campaign and content sharing has toggled off on its own twice now.

Currently content sharing gets disabled when:
1.) The user that enabled it, turns it off.
2.) The user that enabled was the creator of the campaign and either deactivates or deletes the campaign.
