Hello! It takes content a little bit of time to become available after purchasing (up to 30 minutes). Are you still experiencing this issue? Did you purchase the Compendium Only version ($19.99) or the full version ($29.99)?
I purchased the full version. I just confirmed that the content is still not showing up. I emailed DND Beyond support also, but haven't heard anything yet.

If you are still awaiting a response, can you please logout and back in, and then go to your "Edit Profile" page and select "Marketplace"? There you should see an Account Entitlements section. What does that section say?
Thank you for the suggestion. I just tried signing out and back in. Under the "Marketplace" section of the "Edit Profile" i can see the PHB but not XGE

I just purchased XGE but it isn't showing that the content is unlocked. I also just purchased the PHB which is showing up.

Update that today the DND Beyond support team was able to restore the purchase and I have access to the purchased materials.
