Aasimar subraces no longer showing up in character creation even though I've bought the race and used it for characters.

As of today (4/14/20) I am unbale to select the Aasimar race ( VGTM subraces, NOT the DMG variant ) for newly created characters even though I have purchased the race in the digital marketplace.
