Is there a reason that one of my players is able to take a Feat at level 3? He is using the Basic Rules and is playing a Dragonborn Barbarian (Path of the Berserker)
We have unchecked using all other Sources and it still is allowing it.
Did they take the feat through Edit Character on the level management screen? Or are they adding feats through the Manage Feat menu on the character sheet? If the latter, you can add feats at any level, it overrides normal feat restrictions

Can you provide a link to your character? This will help the mods identify any potential issue
