I have a similar bug but for the Fey-Touched feat. The extra spell selected shows up as a one time use without spell slot, but I don’t have it always prepared with spell slot usage unless I actually prepare it in the character management.
Spells like that will only show up twice (once for the free use and once for spell slots) when the feature provides a specific spell. In cases where the user chooses the spell, there isn’t currently a way to provide both.
