I noticed a comment made on the Koalinth Sergeant - Monster page, this comment mentioned the monster is missing it's reaction ability "Spear the Helpless". I went to the Ghosts of Saltmarsh: Monsters and NPCs page and found the monster listed there with the reaction on the stat block.

Seems like the section was missed way back when GoS first released and nobody noticed it.
