I select Human Variant and it allows me to choose the 2 stats to increase by 1, however the feat list never populates. I tried this on my phone and now on the computer. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with the website or if I am doing something wrong. This is the first time I have used this creator, so please feel free to explain in detail if needed.
Ah, ok that makes sense. No I did not purchase the PHB on DDB, I own a physical copy. The campaign is being run through DDB, but I have yet to receive an invite. I'll try once more after I join to see if that allows me to then. Thank you for the answer.

Have you bought the PHB on DDB or are building the character in a content sharing campaign with someone who has?
Feats are not part of the free basic rules and must be purchased.
