Hello. I have a masters tier subscription and have a campaign with my players that has content sharing on. One of my players bought volos guide to monsters because 2 players are using races from their and he wanted to help with cost. The recent article about the tiers specifically said this should work for sharing the book with the campaign, however it isn't showing up for me. It's been a couple hours at this point and I logged out and back in, and I still can't access building something like an Aasimar or Lizardfolk. Is there a trick to this? A longer delay than I have given? Thanks for any help!
What interesting is the sharing seems to be working from me to them. The same player has already remade his 3rd level vengeance paladin with my PHB share.
Like many similar problems this is due to the (maybe slightly too aggressive) caching employed by the website. Clearing your browser cache for dndbeyond.com usually fixes the issue.
I did manage to resolve it, not by clearing my cache, but by going to the direct link to the page for the book, which seems to have fixed their internal redirect cache

Can you see the VOLO in the compendium?
When I pull up volos in the compendium it just shows me the ordering options page to buy it for myself.

I see. It is a bit weird. Please, try to create a completely new campaign, and see if the sharing works.
Otherwise, the only solution would be to contact the cupport to see if there are issues in your Master subscription.

Out of the Abyss isn't working for me. But likewise, sharing is working (even though I'd rather not share the adventure content.)
Seems like it was a temporary problem. It's working again for me now.
No idea why this was marked resolved when it still isn't.
