I just purchased the players handbook compendium to share with the campaign I'm running online, but none of the included options are available for use.

I already owned xanathars so that's working , and the expanded race options from volo's and eberron are also showing as available, despite being purchased after the phb. I'm hoping this is just a technical hiccup, since its showing on my recent purchases and available content on my account.

Is it correct that you purchased the "Compendium" Player's Handbook ($19.99)? The Compendium version only includes the book available to browse on D&D Beyond or to download on our mobile app, and does not include any of the integrated content in the character or encounter builders. The full version ($29.99) includes both, and should be available at a reduced price due to your Compendium purchase, if this is the case.

 Compendium content only gives you access to the digital version of the book. Compendium content does not give you access to options for use in character creation.
