Feat and Rouge archtype Not listed

Hi, it is not possible to choose the feat linguist for a elvish wizard.

it is not possible to choose the Arcane Trickster for a Rouge 

both char match the requirements as far as I can see. 
could you please instruct me how to solve the problem

Have you purchased these options from the store, either individually or as part of the player's handbook, or are you in a campaign content sharing with someone who has? These options are not part of the basic rules and must be purchased.

Thanks for your fast reply, and yes I have purchased all required handbook. Facinating thing is that today everything is fine and working.
