Hello,  I've recently got the Legendary Bundle and the races and classes from the new content are not showing up on the character builder.  All of the tabs are selected.  I can access all of the books and read them but I can't add any of the magic items from those books to characters. It says content unlocked in the marketplace.  Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you. 

It would help to know specifically which items you can't add - though I imagine it's likely that you need to enable certain content in the Home section of the character editor like Critical Role and Eberron content (it's on when the slider is red and to the right).

If they are already on and it's still a problem - link the character here and a mod can take a look to see what the problem is.

All of the content/sliders are on.  As far as the magic items, I tried several random items from the DMG and "no results found" keeps coming up like I don't have access to the content.  The character was just a test character.

Sounds like you may have to contact support via the link at the bottom of the page then. That's about all I can offer - not being a mod and all.

I appreciate the suggestions.  I was able to access everything after clearing out my cache and cookies.  Problem resolved.  Thanks again.
