I selected a home brew race that I wanted to try out, The Civil Kobold by Jerick, and have it in my collection, but when I went to make a character with it, I could not select it as a playable race. And yes before you ask I did in fact select homebrew as an enabled option for my creations. And I also have unlimited slots for characters so that isn't the issue either. I have other homebrew races in my available races so it's something about that race that's not working.

Are the subraces listed under the kobold race group?
