Is the Dice feature shared to players in my campaign if I have Master Subscription?

No, the digital dice are only accessible to subscribers for alpha testing.

They'll be made available to everyone once they enter beta

Ah that's great to hear. I am really liking them and it's also great for begginers. I'm about to DM for a group of beginners and it would have been really usueful.

Any idea when it will be updated to beta?

DDB doesn't do timelines/eta, but on todays Dev update it was mentioned as 'Coming Soon'
