ModeratorIt's just that you're looking for it immediately. Most things take some time to be sync'd and cache through.

Same issue I am informed that I have the dice I have master subscription but no Sanguine dice? Follow the steps above I guess I have to wait for to sync & cache :(
My account says that I'm synched (Hero level), but the only dice I am showing are the starter ones. I feel like I'm missing something!
...strike that. Went back to the entitlement page and it now said it wasn't synched, Synched, went to dice, and boom, I'm in business. Thanks!
Should the dice be available in the mobile apps after syncing?I figured it out from another thread...just needed to long tap the dice icon! Thank you all for the help!
