I run a campaign and one of my players gets this error code whenever he tries to open his character:

He's used this character for a few months now and he's never faced this problem before. He's also the only character in the campaign with this issue. No homebrew on this character. Issue just yesterday and we've tried opening the sheet throughout the day with no luck.
