The My Characters page has a lot of sorting options - these would be great, except they do absolutely nothing. The page always sorts alphabetically by first letter. Occasionally, after selecting a sorting option, it will persist for a second or two. Then it reverts to alphabetically by first letter.
Obviously one can work around this by using the folder system to manage characters, but it is a bug, so hopefully it can be added to a list. It's obvious, easy to replicate, and happens on all the devices I've opened My Characters on.

Folders are not supported by DDB. Sounds like you are using a browser extension that is messing with it.
