I'm trying to purchase the following books, but cannot enter my credit card data.
Player's Handbook Sourcebook $29.99
Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide Sourcebook $29.99
Xanathar's Guide to Everything Sourcebook $29.99

I can enter my residence, but when I try and enter my credit card data it won't allow me in the following URL:

I tried filling out the support request but it gave the following error. So I'm hoping through this channel, I can find an answer for purchasing.
I tried both with firefox and chrome.

You said it gave you the following error, but then didn't put an error. Does that mean it gave you no error?
