Hi! I paid for dungeon masters guide via google play application. However my content does not unlock. I have sent an e-mail to your support e-mail address but there have been no answers.
In the auto reply it says it may take 24-72 hours to get a reply. It has been 3 days and no reply :(( I know things are hard with a global pandemic at hand. Just wanted to ask for help here also since there is no answers.
The money has left my bank account and google sent me an e-mail that confirms the payment. Can you please help me? :) thanks in advance.
PS: I guess my internet went off when the transaction was happening. The app said that the payment was successful but there is something wrong with the process.
I did. It has been 5 days. Still no response. I can’t bring myself to toss this issue aside and say “It’s just some dollars”. Dollars are expensive in my country. Like a lot. If i will not be able to get my money back or get access to the product i paid a lot of money in my currency, then this post is important for everyone to see :) that’s why I did not settle just with a support ticket :)
Btw, I do understand we are in a global pandemic and things are weird in every job :)
