Perception is missing from the skill dropdowns in the character creator. It's not showing up for classes that are allowed to take it (e.g. Rogue), nor for Backgrounds that offer it, either (e.g. Sailor).
Is your character an elf?
No problem, your character already has Perception, that is why doesn't appear.
