When I attempt to load my encounters in the encounter builder I receive the following message:
Similarly, when I try to make a new encounter I get the following error message:
2. Open the Encounter Builder.
3. Attempt to create a new encounter.
Result:
The user is unable to view preexisting encounters or create new ones.
Expected result:
The user is able to view and create encounters.
Have you submitted a support ticket? This might be the best way forward.
