The Hammer of Thunderbolts is supposed to add +4 to Strength, but only if the character/pc is also attuned/wearing both Gauntlets of Ogre Power and a Belt of X Giant Strength Belt of Fire Giant Strength.
However, when I add the Hammer of Thunderbolts to my character, who has both the Gauntlets of Ogre Power and Belt of Fire Giant Strength equipped and attuned, it does not change the Strength Score.
With just the Gauntlets of Ogre Power and the Belt of Fire Giant Strength attuned and equipped my Strength Score is 25, then I attune and equip the Hammer of Thunderbolts and the Strength Score remains 25
