For some reason my half orc rogue can't choose Stealth as a proficiency, but can choose it as an expertise. It gives him thus 4 proficiency plus thieves tools expertise and plus stealth expertise.....is this correct?
If you can't choose the proficiency in Stealth , it means that you already have it. Check the racial traits or the background.
