I've contacted DNDBeyond 3 times about it and they've never got it working. Lately it takes a month to get a response. I have the master tier subscription, but every single one of my players has to log in as me in order to even play without me homebrewing everything non SRD. This is getting really old. Not sure what to do at this point.
