I made a Genie Warlock build today only to find that Wish was not added to my 9th-level Mystic Arcanum. Does anyone know why this is?

This is a known limitation, for reference see the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything support thread.

THE GENIE - Mystic Arcanum. Wish is not available for the Mystic Arcanum feature.
