Good evening, please excuse me if this is not the correct place to post my issue.
I have been trying to subscribe at Hero tier, but whenever I reach the checkout screen I am unable to enter my card details or choose another option altogether. I tried a different browser, but the issue is still there.
Also, in the past few days I have been unable to access the "My Encounters" page, as I keep getting the "Error Retrieving Your Encounters" message.
Help would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.
EDIT: now it seems to be working, however when I try to finish the transaction I'm getting "ERROR:Gateway Rejected: cvv-gateway_rejected". I purchased several sourcebooks with the same info, no issue.
