It is impossible to view magic items without the Basic Rules items enabled, even if i select that i want to only view a specific books items.
There a specific filter in the advanced filters which allows you to select the source.
This search got me arcane hand. I set it to PHB only and searched for "arcane".

Tooltips (Help/aid)
I know and when i select any single book or multiple books the Basic Rule items will still always show up as a result.
