There is still an issue with this. The +2 Dex and +1 int are added correctly when setting your ability scores. But the racial description of high elf when selecting race is missing the +1 int from the description.

Players Handbook states that High Elves get a +1 in intelligence. The character builder on the site lists +2 to dexterity instead. Can this be fixed?
High Elves get both +1 in Intelligence and +2 in Dexterity.
