The listing goes off what the main race offers, you have to read the subrace to see what the subrace gets you. This has been known for a while.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
When choosing the race Lightfoot* Halfling, it only shows Brave, Lucky, Halfling Nimblessness and Naturally Stealthy. No mention of an Ability Score Increase in Charisma.
Because the Charisma isn't from the main race, but from the subrace.

The halfling (lightfoot) is missing the Charisma ability bonus (only viewing) when choosing/changing your race for your character.
However, there is a +1 Charisma bonus if you choose the race.
I could be blind and didn't see it (but I've double checked and triple checked many times)

But it seems not in the sub race tab.

(I meant to say Lightfoot Halfling instead of just Halfling in my previous reply)
Neither is Naturally Stealthy but it is view in the list of features.
Update: the Stout Halfling doesn't show the feature for Ability Score Increase for +1 Constitution
