I am trying to export www.dndbeyond.com/sheet-pdfs/bonegraph_74292566.pdf and I keep getting Failed-Server Problem at the bottom where it shows the downloaded PDF. Nothing pulls up. I have logged out and back in, I can get it to work on my phone but it doesn't print or save. I have tried my other character as well.

I can see the PDF for your Kobold Bard fine. Clear the site data cache and cookies, then try again.
