Can't learn third level spells despite having third level spells slots

I'm multi-classing a Bard 4 into Cleric 1 and when I go to my spells tab to learn spells, it doesn't populate third level spells as an option. I have five levels in spellcaster classes, so I have the slots, but it doesn't allow me to pick them.
