Feat bug in character builder

I cannot add a feat at lvl 4. I am able to choose to take a feat, but i cannot choose which specific feat I want. Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried turning it off and on again.

So when you are trying to choose a feat what options are coming up? 

Your problem could be that you have not purchased the right books from the Marketplace if you want i.e. the Lucky feat, you can only get it by buying the Player's Handbook from DDB. Or by buying that specific feat in the Player's Handbook.
