Can't change Character Portrait on Mobile or Desktop

I tried to change my Character's portrait on both mobile and desktop and got the same error code.

Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.

Try again after a Short Rest.

How do I fix this?

I have the same error, and it's been over a month, any news / ideas please ?

EDIT : From what I saw in my console, there's a kind of rate limit ?

It's related to the file type. I'm unsure why but certain photo files can't be used.
