So, I haven’t been on beyond in a while, since September of last year, but I had a different account back then. I tried signing back in with my google account, but it seemed like i was making a new account. For context, my username is supposed to be “Wr4th”, not what you see on this post.
I tried not to overthink it, and went to check my unlocked content, only to find that I have NOTHING unlocked. So, clearly the account I am on is not the one I’ve had.
I tried to submit tickets to WotC support, but I haven't heard back from any of them. So, at this point, I need an admin’s help. I can verify purchase receipts of both my subscription and purchases, and even share screenshots of emails I’ve received, but I HAVE to find out what’s happened my account, and to the hundreds I’ve spent on source material.
If it created a new account, then you must have used a different sign-in method before. Maybe you use that email to sign in to something like Twitch, and then used Twitch to sign in here?
Thats the thing, I’ve tried ALL methods of login, and Twitch did the same thing as my google account (apple and wizards login didn’t recognize an account), so now i probably just made a duplicate account, cuz it asked for a display name when I tried signing in with Twitch.
It’s been a few days now, almost a week, and I haven’t gotten a single reply on either of my tickets. If Wizards support doesn’t help, what do I need to do to figure this out? Cuz I’m not spending more money on things I already unlocked.
Tickets are answered in the order they’re received, so the exact wait time can vary based on how many tickets are ahead of yours. They’re also answered during regular business hours in the US.
As soon as your turn comes, though, they’ll definitely give you a hand.

ModeratorIf it created a new account, then you must have used a different sign-in method before. Maybe you use that email to sign in to something like Twitch, and then used Twitch to sign in here?

Side note: Don't send multiple tickets. If you send a ticket then send another, it bumps you to the back of the line.
