I am in a campaign with content sharing enabled and the DM has Volo's guide to monsters purchased. It was available straight after being bought as I was reading through some stuff but when I have come back today it is no longer available to me.
I have left and rejoined the campaign and also checked that the other stuff is available (and not available when I am not in it) the monsters show in the monster listing but I am unable to access the book content.
