Is anyone else having troubles getting replies from the support team at zendesk? I submitted a ticket almost 3 weeks ago about getting double charged for an item and have yet to receive any reply other than the auto. I've sent multiple email follow ups and still nothing. I finally got in to view my zendesk.com account and can see that my ticket is assigned to firehawk2324. I submitted a second ticket for the fact that I was not receiving any replies on the first one and that one was also assigned to firehawk2324. Ironicly enough, that ticket was closed yesterday (again with no comments) so firehawk2324 is actually reading them but refusing to reply...
