Dnd beyond just refunded my subscription and won't let me subscribe again?

They refunded it and now whenever i try to subscribe again it just goes to my subscriptions and nothing's there|
I used google pay for this btw

Huge number of people had their pre-order books cancelled if they had used paypal. I'm assuming its a similar issue
