Proficiency bonus not added to spellsave dc?

Hello, I created a Cleric with a +3 in Wisdom and it shows his spellsave dc to be 13 instead of 15. It seems that it isn't adding the +2 proficiency to his spellsave dc. Is it working as intended or am I missing something?

Spell DC is calculated as 8 + proficiency bonus + Wisdom modifier, so 13 is accurate
