Actor Feat not granting +1 to Charisma

As the title says, the Actor feat is not granting the plus one to Charisma score. I’ve checked a few characters with a variety of classes, races and levels. Seems to be broken!

Check with my characters, and had no issue. Are you sure that it wasn't trying to push the CHA over 20?
