Currently, there isn't a way to add blessings (like this one) to your character sheet natively. That being said, you can definitely create a homebrew feat that emulates this effect and call it something like "Blessing of I'jin".

Any way to show this spirit in a character in DND Beyond?
i.e. add the condition of "Inhabited by I'jin" - and then the char gets a new flaw and a Dex of 23?
