When I try to access the character creation tool I get the following message. This has been occurring for the last two weeks.
"Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our Authentication check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.
Try again after a Short Rest.

D&D Beyond StaffDo you have any add-ons (such as beyond20) or are you using a VPN? If so, try to disable those to see if you can bring up that character. In addition, can you provide a link to a problematic character sheet?
I do not have any add-ons, nor am I using a VPN.
I was not trying to access an already made character. I was trying to make a new one.
I was able to create a character on my phone browser. There must be some issue with my browser settings on my PC. I will research it more.
